Finnish-speaking Customer Success in Gothenburg

The Customer Success team at Witre Manutan is growing, and we are now looking for someone who is passionate about helping our customers, taking initiative, and thriving in a flexible and changing environment. As a Customer Success representative with us, you will have a role where you make a difference, both for our customers and colleagues. Job Description

As a Customer Success representative at Witre Manutan, you will work to provide our customers, primarily in the Finnish market, with the best possible service. The role is broad and operational, focusing on handling incoming customer inquiries. You play an important role in creating high customer satisfaction and contributing to our continued growth.

Your responsibilities include

• Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, web, and chat
• Creating quotes, placing orders, and following up on deliveries
• Handling complaints and product-related questions

You will be based in our office in Mölndal and report to the Customer Success Manager.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoys a broad role where customer contact is a significant part of your daily life. We believe you are particularly passionate about direct contact with customers and consider the phone a great tool for creating satisfied and long-term customer relationships. The most important thing for us is your personal qualities, and to thrive, we believe you are flexible, curious, and enjoy taking initiative.

In summary, we believe you have

• Experience in customer service or another service profession
• Good computer skills
• Fluent Finnish and English in both speech and writing (Swedish is a plus)
• We consider it an advantage if you have previously worked with quote creation
